VANTA Mystery Repack Disclosure & Buyer Acknowledgment Policy
This policy is intended to provide full transparency regarding the structure, contents, and nature of all VANTA mystery repack products. By purchasing any VANTA product, buyers acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.1. PRODUCT TYPE
VANTA products are independently assembled sports card mystery repacks and are not manufacturer-sealed trading card products.Each VANTA repack contains randomly assorted sports trading cards curated by VANTA. Contents may vary by release, product line, or series and may include, but are not limited to:• Base cards • Inserts • Parallels • Serial-numbered cards • Autographs • Memorabilia cards • Graded cards • Vintage cards • Rookie cards • Chase cards No specific player, card, team, grade, patch, autograph, or market value is guaranteed unless explicitly stated within the official checklist or product description.2. FIXED SERIES STRUCTURE
Each VANTA release is produced in a fixed and predetermined quantity prior to launch.Once a series is released, additional packs will not be added to that specific volume or run. This fixed structure is designed to preserve transparency regarding:• Stated chase cards • Floor and ceiling values • Pack odds • Overall value distribution All advertised hits, ceilings, and product configurations apply exclusively to that defined release series.3. CHECKLIST & TRANSPARENCY
VANTA may provide an active checklist for certain releases or volumes to improve transparency for buyers and collectors.Checklist information may include:• Featured cards • Chase hits • Pulled hits • Estimated values • Product configurations Estimated values are based on recent market data at the time of release and are subject to fluctuation.VANTA does not guarantee future resale value, appreciation, liquidity, grading outcomes, or investment performance of any card received.4. PAST RELEASES & PROMOTIONAL CONTENT
Images, videos, prior release examples, social media content, and previous hits may be shown for promotional and illustrative purposes only.Past pulls, prior series, or showcased cards do not guarantee:• Similar results • Similar hit frequency • Similar card values • Similar pull experiences Each VANTA release is independently assembled and may differ significantly from previous releases.5. PRODUCT DESIGNATION
All VANTA products are clearly identified as:• Mystery repack products • Independently assembled collectible products • Part of a specific and limited release series or volume VANTA products are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or manufactured by Panini, Topps, Upper Deck, Fanatics, PSA, BGS, SGC, or any professional sports league.6. BUYER UNDERSTANDING & ACCEPTANCE OF RISK
By purchasing a VANTA product, buyers acknowledge and accept that:• Mystery repacks inherently involve randomness and chance • Market values of sports cards fluctuate regularly • Contents may be worth more or less than the original purchase price • Personal satisfaction with contents cannot be guaranteed • Opened products are considered final sale items Due to the nature of collectible repack products, all sales are final once opened unless otherwise required by applicable law.7. NO REFUNDS, RETURNS, OR EXCHANGES
VANTA does not offer refunds, returns, cancellations, chargeback exemptions, or exchanges based on:• Dissatisfaction with contents • Market value changes • Pull results • Personal expectations • Perceived pack quality Any tampering, resealing, fraudulent claims, or abuse of buyer protection systems may result in refusal of future service and/or additional action where applicable.8. CONDITION DISCLAIMER
Cards included within VANTA products may vary in condition due to age, manufacturing quality, grading standards, handling history, print defects, centering, surface wear, or other factors common within the sports card industry.Raw cards are not guaranteed to achieve any specific grading outcome.9. AGREEMENT TO TERMS
By completing a purchase of any VANTA product, the buyer confirms that they have:• Read this policy in full • Understood the nature of mystery repack products • Accepted the risks associated with collectible card market fluctuations • Agreed to all terms, conditions, and final sale policies stated above
